市场风控经理 (market risk manager)
Qualification:
* minimum 5years of experience as risk manager of equity and/or fixed income in mutual funds, hedge funds or investment bank, risk management experience in alternative asset class is a plus
Responsibility:
* leads firm wide market risk management effort
* developes risk management framework/process/procedures in multi-business, multi-asset classes and multi-strategies company
* works with product managers on new product risk management needs/requirements
* participates and contributes to investment decision making
 
 
产品经理 (product manager)
Qualifications:
* minimum 5years of experience in financial products engineering in buy side or sell side focusing on traditional and/or alternative asset classes
Responsibility:
* develops innovative investment products for our retail and institutional clients
* works closely and communicates effectively with investment staffs and marketing/sales staffs in designing investment products
* communicates effectively with regulators on investment products
* potentially becomes portfolio manager 

量化投资经理 (quantitative portfolio manager)
Qualifications:
* minimum 5years of experience in applying quantitative models in active portfolio management
Responsibility:
* develops quantitative models that is adaptable to local markets
* works closely and communicates effectively with product specialists to design quant based products targeting retail and institutional clients
* manages quant based portfolios
* communicates effectively with regulators on investment products

衍生品投资经理 (derivatives specialist portfolio manager)
Qualifications:
* minimum 5years of experience in utilizing derivatives products in managing investment portfolio on buy side or sell side, and solid skills in financial engineering and structuring
Responsibility:
* develops derivatives based innovative investment products for our retail and institutional clients
* works closely and communicates effectively with investment staffs and marketing/sales staffs in designing investment products
* communicates effectively with regulators on investment products
* manages derivatives based portfolio and strategies
 
 
投资大使 (client specialist/portfolio manager)
Qualification:
* minimum 5years of experience as client portfolio manager in mutual funds and/or hedge funds
Responsibility:
* leads team of client portfolio managers 
* develops firm wide systematic effort in training and building team of client portfolio managers
* participates in investment strategies discussion and investment products design
* works closely with marketing/sales staffs in developing product marketing strategies
* communicates effectively with clients on investment products and philosophy
 
 
财富管理客户经理 (client relationship manager)
Qualification:
* minimum 5years of experience in private banking as client relationship manager
Responsibility:
* develops firm wide systematic effort in training and building team of relationship managers for imitational and high net worth clients
* works closely with investment and product staffs in developing customized investment products
* builds a premier wealth management client relationship management practice
 
 
助理IT总监 (assistant manager in IT/operations)
Qualification:
* minimum 5years of experience in managing buy side IT systems in multi-asset, multi-strategy and multi-business company
Responsibility:
* develops and improves firm wide IT infrastructure in supporting business development 
* designs IT infrastructure in supporting firm's strategic plan execution
