Wall Street IT market is very hot right now.  I work with Barclays and Morgan Stanley which both have more than 150 openings now.  I also work with Goldman and Bank of America Merrill Lynch which both have more than 50 openings.
 
After a couple of the bad years, Wall Street major banks are very profitable and expanding again.
 
They need people with strong tech background, Java, .Net, C++, database developers, etc.
