A Vice President is a highly visible senior member of a small, dynamic team in the group, which proposes, evaluates, develops and executes on business plans for new businesses and growth initiatives and leads strategic transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions. He/she will lead strategic M&A teams, develop strategic and financial reviews and analyses, create, evaluate and review new business plans and initiatives and oversee/train more junior team members.
Desired Experience/Skills:
Excellent presentation/communication abilities with confidence and ability to interact effectively with senior leadership
Strong analytics, including modeling experience
Transactional experience
Strong interest and background in the financial services industry
Team orientation
Investment banking background, in particular in Financial Institutions, a strong plus
