Some job description:
Java/J2EE (NJ) Requirements: • Strong Computer Science Background. Equal to BS/MS – Computer Science • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of Core Java and J2EE development experience. • Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms and Object-Oriented design concepts • Good knowledge of Multi-threading and Network programming • Knowledge of SQL, including experiences writing stored procedures/functions/triggers • Understanding of XML/XSD and other schema driven data • Strong troubleshooting skills • Experience with High-Performance Unix Programming will be an advantage • .Net is a plus • Financial and/or Market Data experience is a plus C# (NJ and NYC) Qualifications Minimum 6-8 yrs. C#, and strong XML are a must
Experience in developing real-time high performance systems using C# and C++
Strong Computer Science Background
Data structures and algorithms, graphs, trees, problem solving skills
Expertise in C#, VC++, Win32, COM, ATL, ASP.Net, IIS, XML/XSLT/XPath
Deep Knowledge of CLR and COM Interop
Strong background in WinForms and experience building UI applications
Programming Knowledge of Unix a plus
Exposure to WPF, WCF, Silverlight a plus
Other desirable skills include: Team player and the ability to communicate effectively
Accountability and ownership of solutions, design, project and team success

Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer field
