Job Title: Director of Corporate Finance for A China-based US listed Company Location: NYC Start Date: Immediately
Duties: - Manage the accounting department and insure accurate and reliable records
- Assess and devise internal financial controls for proper US listed company corporate governance
- Consolidate all financial statements, write and update the MD&A, and ensure timely compilation of all SEC filings
- Ensure compliance with all requisite SEC disclosure requirements
- Coordinate with SEC attorneys on public filings
- Coordinate audits and related matters with external independent auditors.
- Respond to inquiries from US investors and coordinate with external investor relations consultants
- Analyze and convert Chinese accounting and bookkeeping records to US GAAP
- Prepare US GAAP financial reports and models for management and investors
- Travel to the U.S., China and perhaps Europe to represent the company to potential investors
- Draft, maintain and update all investor relation materials including MS ppt presentations, press releases and earnings call scripts Skills: Management, accounting, interpersonal skills with both Chinese and US business and social cultures, Chinese to U.S. GAAP conversion, financial reporting and modeling, internal and financial controls experience, excellent fluent English business writing and speaking communications skills. SEC reporting and corporate governance experience a must. Fluent in
