A new started pharmaceutical venture in Silicone Valley is looking for an experienced Chemist to work for its R & D lab in Menlo Park facility. Please help to distribute following message to your member lists and friends, attached please find the job description.

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for suporting R@D activities in the field of drug delivery. You will perform a variety of analytical assay such as potency assay, content uniformity and impurities testing by HPLC. You will also be involved in the development of stability indicating HPLC methods, validation of HPLC methods, and other analyitcal techniques including measuring release, disintegration, and dissoltuion profile of drug delivery products.

Qualifications include a minimum of a BS degree in Chemistry or closely related fields with at least two years experience. You must have strong mathematical skills and a knowledge and commensurate experience in wet chemistry techniques such as: HPLC, UV, and other instrumental techniques preferred. Knowledge of FDA guidelines, USP & GMP procedures are preferred.
